Do I get more than one logo with my purchase?

Each purchase for both the Logo Only packages and the Brand Kit Subscriptions is for one brand. If you have sub brands with different names, you need to make a separate purchase for each brand name.

How do I make a logo with Brandiom?

Can I get a refund?

As per our Terms of Service, we do not issue refunds following the download of a logo or once the logo has been sent to you via email because there's no guarantee that these files will not be used following the download.

Can I purchase my logo if I'm from a different country?

Yes . While all of our prices are in SAR, we convert your currency (ex. GBP, AUD, etc) to the total equivalent in USD. To verify how much our logos are in your own currency, use a currency converter for all of the most updated conversions.

Why won't my logos load?

If you're unable to load our website, or are unable to see your generated logos, try switching your browser to Google Chrome or Firefox. Our website is optimized for Google Chrome and Firefox on a computer (desktop/laptop), and can malfunction when accessed on unsupported browser or while on mobile.

How do I download a logo?

It's free to make as many logos as you like, but in order to download your new logo, you will first have to purchase one of our packages.

Can I talk to someone?

Our support hours are from Monday to Friday, 9AM - 5PM GMT -5 (that's EST if you live in Saudi Arabia) with the fastest response times between 10AM - 5PM.
